My brother sent this to me a couple of days ago. I thought it was too funny and wanted to share it with you. You just gotta laugh, right?I have eaten all the "right" foods today and am still having the same issue. I have not had a Diet Coke, but did have a Sprite Zero with lunch????? Tomorrow...no soda and we'll see what happens. Wish me luck!


I know it is no fun dealing with the dreaded "C" word. I feel your pain! What usually works for me is about a 1/4 cup of prune juice 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach. The brand I use is R.W. Knudsen (believe it or not, the brand makes a difference for me!), which your health food store should probably have. If that doesn't work, try about a tablespoon of Milk of Magnesia before bed...it's so much easier and gentler on your system than some of the other laxatives out there. I still haven't given up my Dr. Pepper. Every time I try, within 2 weeks, I am back on. I am addicted. And I love the comic. Don't you wish it were that easy. Hang in there!!
ReplyDeleteCindy, give up all soda and drink nothing but pure water (as if that's even possible these days). You might also try taking a magnesium supplement every night before bed. And a good full-system cleanse :o)
